Anna Jurik Dr. Anna Jurik is a Chiropractic Physician and Registered and Licensed Dietitian/ Nutritionist. She holds a doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine from National University of Health Sciences, as well as degrees in Dietetics and Exercise Physiology. Her credentials include certifications in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Graston Technique, Kinesiotaping, Webster Technique, Wilson Temperature Syndrome, and Fitness. She has also had additional training in pediatrics, women's health, Craniosacral Therapy, McKenzie Technique for the lumbar and cervical spine, and rehabilitation.

Dr. Jurik is an active member of several organizations which include the Illinois Chiropractic Society, the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, and the American Dietetic Association. These active memberships help her keep well informed on the current issues in the fields she is involved in.

As a practitioner, Dr. Jurik integrates her unique background into her private practice in order to address many aspects of an individual's needs in order to help the patient achieve the best physical health possible. She also is on faculty at National University of Health Sciences as a clinician supervising and teaching interns and students as well as counseling patients within the clinic on nutritional therapies. This position exposes her to the latest information on research and techniques in the field and allows her to collaborate with colleagues and educators on a regular basis.


Anna Jurik Marcia Brandes Massage Therapist
Marcia Brandes is a 2002 graduate of National University of Health Science's Therapeutic Massage Therapy program. She is Nationally Board Certified, licensed in the state of Illinois, and a Professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. The four years following graduation, she was employed at NUHS as a part -time Massage Therapy faculty member, assisting in Palpation Class for first trimester students. She has volunteered her massage skills at the Chicago Marathon and in area fire departments over the past few years. Marcia is trained in Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, hot stone massage, orthobionomy techniques and deep tissue massage. Any and all techniques may be incorporated to tailor the massage to the specific needs of each client to obtain muscular health.
